Will The ETC provide services to EU nationals?

As the title says, will they provide EU nationals with help finding work? Their website doesn't specifically mention EU's looking for work and what they can help with!

yes they do, you can register with the website and also there services the same as any maltese citizen would

I wish to attend the private guard course provided ETC. So this course is held in Maltese. This information was great surprize for me. But yes ETC provide EU nationals as well.
