Hi! Newbie here.
Just to find out has anyone experienced having a pet dog in Hanoi?
I would like to gather more information before I jump into it.
As I see it, seems like backyard breeders running for bucks are popular here.
If someone can link me up to a decent expat dog forum or something will be much appreciated too.
