Im working here in oman in a construction company.
Is it possible to get a job from other Gcc countries and join directly from oman without going back to my county?

Yes it is possible to get jobs in the other GCC countries.
Yes it is also possible to join duty directly without returning to your native country. Only inform your prospective employer in advance of your intention to join work directly from Oman for them to book your tickets accordingly.
