As part of my research for our retirement, can anyone please help me find the best real estate agents in Managua? I tried searching on Google but I got overwhelmed by the plethora of adverts so I thought I'd rather ask for referrals. If possible, can I get some contact information… someone you trust. Thanks in advance!

We have lived in Managua for 6 years and we have used Eduardo Perez twice. Jack and I were both Realtors for 22 years in the States, so we can recognize a good Realtor!
