I go through with many processes regarding family visa and visit visa and profession change. If anybody have any query also don't hesitate to ask.

Assalamu alaikum Mr.Mohammed Zameer,

Thank you very much for sharing these important information.

But the concern is My degree certificate is not yet been attested by saudi council.

I tried to get attested from saudi council they told it will take more than 3 to 6 months.

Could i get my family in VISIT BASIS  with out any attested or changing my Designation mentioned in my Iqama ????

Yes indeed you can apply for visit visa without any degree and on present aqama profession. just for more information go through this link ( http://life-in-saudiarabia.blogspot.com … MDJPkeUcg0 )

remain for your degree attestation  you should give company letter which should have arabic and english with duly attested by chamber of commerce and ministry of foreign affair then send this letter to india this letter is valid for 6 months.yeah the process take around 3 months. and they charge aroung 5500 INR. if you have any query dont hesitate to ask.

Assalamu alaykum zameer

I am Nezam from India. I have recently got a job in Riyadh as a "Computer Engineer" Alhumdulillaah and i am in the process of attesting my degree certificate from SACA and Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia ,Delhi. The visa which the company has provided me with is permanent one for single (just me) but it said that i can come over to KSA and apply for the visa for my wife but it could take 4 months to bring her over.

I want to bring my wife over to Riyadh as soon as possible and four months mean long for us. Someone learned on this forum advised me that it would help speed up the process if i get my marriage certificate translated into arabic and attested by Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in India and i could process her visa quickly (with the reference number) when i am in Riyadh by The Leave of Allaah.

So if the process is like the one you have documented above then will i also need to take the marriage certificate (original + translated) to Riyadh with me ?

You said that the wife's passport (not copy, original) is requried - If that is the case then won't it be required by my via for visa stamping on her passport when i send her the family visa ? Same goes for M.C ,

Also can you suggest a good way to speed up the whole process ? I want my wife to be with me as quick as possible.

Assalam u Alakum
