Hi Guys
As mentioned before, I have been offered a job in Ghayathi Abu Dhabi at the Glenelg School of Abu Dhabi and I want to know, if I wanted my husband to travel with me - would you suggest he comes to UAE after I am there or with me on a visitor visa? I am unsure on how things work there - when I am employed by the school, does he go on my working visa? I know it would work this way if he got the job being able to sponsor me, but seeing that I'm a woman can I sponsor him?

Yes you can sponsor him why not
I advice you to come here then bring your husband it would be more easiler and better for
