Currently I am looking into second hand cars importing into Brunei from UK but I need expertise advice and information. Do I need to register a business in Brunei? If yes what is the procedure? What are the fees and Govt Taxes? Is there any official site where I can look at it for rules and regulations for importing cars? If anybody willing to help me then please leave me your contact.

You need to set a Company with a local partner. You need to register a Company first then register your Company to the Brunei Land Transport for all your cars . They need to inspect all your cars before they are roadworthy on the road..I believe you need to set up a Bank account in the Bank for Bank Guarantee.
