my husband and I are considering move to Jeddah recently for working purpose.
we are searching some price information of compound in Jeddah, may I ask the latest average price for 2 bedrooms compound?
Currently our budget is 48,000 SAR for rental+ 13,000 SAR for utility, is that enough?

48000, Is way too less for a 2 BHK compound in a Western one !! However 13000, is a way above or more than sufficient for the utilities !!
