Im Nadine from Lebanon im married and have 2 children.We love Montenegro and would like to leave there.
Is there any option like a family ready to adopt us in order for us to make a life changing and start a new life in Montenegro?
Here in Lebanon we have this option..we help people get a new start at the beginning.

I do not believe there is anything like this here.
But if you move here and start a business you can solve the residency permission.
What do you do for a living?
