Time for employment visa?

Is the offer your salary only or an inclusive offer
In addition to the salary does the company cover annual flights home, accommodation, medical insurance, transport.

I would be more concerned about these things than the time taken to get the visa.

Dear stumpy..accommodation and transportation is not covered it it.
But yearly flight ticket,medical insurance is included in it.
