innovation management i think is managing the innovation process ,this may include applying
some tools to generate ideas and dealing with the idea
there is a certain position which is (chief innovation officer) , i am not sure if any of the egyptian companies have this position in their organization chart , this officer job description may be responsible of what i described

about what i want to do , is to give some innovation services to companies
that may include : 1- applying some tools(ex: brainstorming) for them and delivering them
                                ideas
                             2- giving them courses about innovation management

(brainstorming is one of many tools i think of using)

other services may be added later after some experience

i thought of begining as a volunteer job , no payment for our services
and gain experience and relations and spreading may be a brand name
then turn commercial
