What to bring?
What to do?
What is the procedure?
I already have schedule for my child next week.

If you already have the appointment from MOI , then required documents are mentioned on it, just take the help from any arab. you need to go there and wait for the turn they will issue within 15 -30 mins....

1.Take along with the Birth notification from Hospital
2.Mother & Father's ikkama & passport copy(keep mother's passport original in hand if they will ask to show)
3..Baby vaccination report(some times they will not ask)
4.most important is appointment from civil affairs office.
5.Mostly with in an hour after submission you will get the birth certificate.
