Great Danes

Hi all

Does anyone know a good dog breeder in Kenya? My husband and I are looking to buy a Great Dane, because that is the breed we are both familiar with. We found a page on Facebook called Pure Dog Breeds in Kenya and there were four GD puppies for sale. I contacted the guy and asked about the price and other details, and I almost made an appointment to meet him, but the driver who takes us around Nairobi told me that the area where this guy supposedly is, is a slum and that I should be weary. So, I got scared a bit. Also my husband told me that it's better to buy from a breeder that other people we know have dealt with just to make sure he/she is alright.

So I was wondering if anyone here knows a good dog breeder and can advice us?
