Well from Dubai there's one called AirBlue
From Saudi, check out ShaheenAirlines They let you take lots of luggage
Umm otherwise you can check the regular PIA, SaudiAirlines and FlyNas.
Emirates / QatarAirways are usually relatively more expensive.
