Accommadation wanted

I am coming to Yangon for a year in Jan 2015 and am looking for a 1/2 bedroom house for my daughter and I.  I would like it to be fully furnished and in a western style.  My maximum price is around $1500 per month.

I am also looking for a full time nanny.
