Couple specialized in making fyllo for greek pies , baklava etc

Hello everyone.. we are a couple ( not married ) and we are specialized in making greek pies with greek fyllo also fyllo for baklava and mpougatsa... We are interested in  moving in Sweeden so any help could be given it would make me really happy .. thank you all :)

Unfortunately I can't help you on the work front. 
But one tip springs to mind, "fyllo" unfortunately means drunkard in Swedish. So perhaps use "filo" instead? I believe its the same thing, if not sorry to have brought it up. At least that way there's one less chance of culture/language clash.

No worries, I googled it and saw what you meant. But I thought I'd mention it since it looked very strange until I learnt that  it seemed to be a different spelling for filo pastry.
