I'm planning to visit the Philippines next year. No idea if things now in Boracay are getting expensive. It's been a long time I haven't visit the island. Moreover, what's the best month to visit boracay (prefer low season, less tourist)?

A Royal Caribbean cruise ship visits in August and beginning of November, want to avoid that.
High season is now through March, you know the weather from April to October, so good luck.
