Hi

My American husband got an initial offer below from his prospective employer:

Free fully furnished housing with shuttle bus to/from his workplace
Base salary: AED 19,000
Transportation AED 400
Phone/Internet AED 300
Free medical insurance
Single contract

Is this a good offer? He is going there alone.

Hi , yes it is good offer
In UAE The most expensive thing we pay for it is the house which take almost 40% from the salary ,and since the respected company is going to provide your husband with accommodation means he is lucky coz not all companies do that .other expenses in UAE are affordable ( with the mentioned salary you can do a lot of activities here but you will not save ) it's all up to you how you are going to spend it .
