Hi, Is it allow to invite Father/Mother in law on visit visa ?
In this case should wife create her login on enjaz system ? or it can be done on husband id ?

Yes, it is allowed to invite Father/Mother in law on visit visa. It is tricky at times, cuz the visa might be rejected. But the key is just to keep applying.
