Friends, If I get my Philippine driver's license attested by the embassy and the ministry of foreign affairs in Oman, will I be exempted from drum and slope test? I have read that the driver's license must be valid for at least 1 year from my country, what does this mean?

This has been the rule for quite sometimes. If there ain't any change in the rule then yes, you may be exempted from the drum and slope.
