Is there anyone here from accounting major and/or work in such related area of profession?
I need the English version of latest Vietnamese Accounting Standards guidance. Any updated regulations from Ministry of Finance is a plus.

Incidentals is the most important accounting column.
It's where you put unsupported claims like bribes.

Is there such thing as Incidental account? I never heard of it.

We use a retired VN tax man and that's where he stuffs all the 'unusual' expenses such as bribes. We try to include names/numbers of people we have to pay (or else).
We never have had our accounts challenged, either. Or audited.
We use a VN software program for our accounting. Skinniest Chart of Accounts I've ever seen. (I've used AccPac)
