i understand what a strange request this is but it seems not that easy to find and approach other nationalities in munich.

Voiceover work is very common in many fields, including education.
As long as parents are aware, preferably with their children, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this request.

If I may offer advice.
The voice doesn't have to be thing you're looking for.
Many young cartoon boys are female voiceover artists.

Personally, if I was still making these things, I'd ask for a sample.
Anyone can record on their smartphone and send you a sample by email.
The quality may not be fantastic, but it'll give you a good idea.
