1) Room on rent for single person, with cooking allowed.  answer - check prices on www.ibilik.my as they differ, RM600-800
2) Is deposit mandatory? how much it will be.  answer - usually you will be asked to pay 1-3 months rent as deposit
3) Food expenses for ( 3 meals a day) answer. answer - eating outside home will cost minimum RM 10 - 20 - 20  Br/Ln/Dn plus beverage RM4-10
4) Local transport expenses (Train or Bus).  answer - RM2 but bad transport so you will probably need a bike or car
5) Electricity and water expense.  answer - depends on usage, electricity RM150, water RM10
6) Internet and phone charges. answer - internet RM200, phone RM100
