Cost of Living in Astana

Dear All,

Is it possible for a couple (no children) to live on $1500 (USD) per month in Astana?

Employer will pay all housing and utilities, we lead a very quiet life, eat in, do not drink heavily and do not require exotic holidays.

Basically, we need $1500 per month for food, taxis, entertainment; is this enough and how much would be remaining at the end of the month?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
