You may not be aware but medical facilities in South Sudan are basic at best. Government funded and pay is low.
In Juba there is the Juba teaching hospital. Other regional centres have small hospitals.

You could try UNMISS ( united nations mission in south sudan) or MSF ( medicien sans frontieres)   There are other small expat clinics in Juba.
