jaitch? You're serious about the OP request for a bike under 5 Mil?
You've posted a DDG pic of a bike that is a custom modified machine and would sell here for at least 12Mil.
I think the OP needs to go to the Chinese bike shops in Phan Dang Luu st. Phu Ngan? dist.
They got 50cc Chinese bikes for 8Mil.

Based on my experience of buying a used motobike in HCMC, if you find a bike for 5m dong, most likely it will need some work and you are a better off spending a little more to get a quality used bike.  You get what you pay for my friend.  I bought a used motobike for 8m dong and it was well worth it.  I drove it all over south vietnam from HCMC to various cities and villages.  If you spend 5m dong, you will most likely spend a few million more just on maintenance or repairs.  For myself, as I have had motobikes since i was kid, I spent another 1m dong on maintenance.  Why you ask?  Because when you buy a used motobike you do not know the history of the bike so to make sure you have a decent bike, you should do some standard maintenance (change all oils, fluids, air filter, spark plug and check internal parts like brakes, belts etc.  Once you have done that, you should be good to go, but 5m dong, I just see a headache and probably many.  Maybe you will get lucky, but not easy for your price range.
