Please point me in the right direction

Hi,
I'm Liam, completely new to this. Spent nearly 10 years in the Navy and loads of time in Gibraltar. I'm a highly skilled chef and worked for some really top chefs. I'm looking to move to Gibraltar. And would love someone to help me out, point me in the right direction. Where do I start?
