Greetings...
I am new to the Kingdom and I got a Bank Account opened with the Riyad Bank few days ago. I have done all the formalities to register for online banking. However, I am not able to log in says select authentication while trying to login. I couldnt find any options to authenticate the login... Any suggessions please?

Check customer services of your bank !! Call them or visit them.

Classic example of the worst online banking services in the country!
Call the helpline, register your mobile number. You will get an activation code. Go to the ATM and activate the code.
Else, go to the Atm and register your mobile number.
Once this is done, after 24 hours you can log in and you will see a mobile icon, to which they would send you a one time password!
Hope this helps!
P.S.- Riyadh bank still gives you the best rates to transfer money back home. Unlike SABB or NCB!
