Not sure about graduate students in universities, but this is some statistics from a year ago for the general population- 86,9% of people aged 16-24 have internet acces, and 78,9% for 25-34 yo.

Thanks Cersi. My question is way to see how academic-Internet use and consumer-Internet use and norms vary in RO. While I am in RO if I can access high-speed Internet as a visiting scholar so much the better. I appreciate your reply. The Wall Street Journal in RO is a resource for me to use. Thanks again!
