i'm working in Oman last 9 month. i come with employment visa. now i want to exit from Oman because of some personal issue, but my employer does not let me go. what to do?

Employer have reasons not to let you go, top of them he had paid for your visa and tickets
If you refund him back those expenses so I think he will agree
I think this is the main reason

If your employer is a large scale company, they shouldn't have any objection, however if its an individual sponser, then you might have to return the cost, he paid to bring you here.
