Well I would say Klub 360 in Juffair is one of those clubs that doesn't have a live band and their DJ's mostly play electronic music. Now, there is electronic music and then there is techno genre within it - if you specifically want Techno only, then I don't think it exists in Bahrain.

I've been there, it's nice but it's house not techno.
