Im Interest in buying small birds (finch). Can some one refer me to an exporter or some one who raises/breed and/or does this type of business on this island?

Sorry you feel this way. You need to educate yourself on rhis subject. There are many bird breaders / organizations that were creates for the purpose of specie preservation and an avenue for others around the world to enjoy them.
