Hello?

I will be a NEW in Bahrain from Korea on 25th.

I will bring my Iphone 5 using in Korea.
Is there any place for purchase usim chip or take technical service in Bahrain?

Also,
Please tell me the name of business communications company in Bahrain.

Hi,

I guess only Batelco is the Telco which provides USIM in Bahrain, web : www.batelco.com, we have 2 more telco's VIVA (www.viva.com.bh) and Zain (www.zain.com.bh), you could just contact them to get more info. You must be able to buy one at the Airport Counter.

Hi,

As long as your phone is unlocked you can get a sim card with your required plan from any of the telecom operators as in above post.

I've seen others buy/bring their phones from Korea and use without problems, although not all functions and features of the phone may work because of the different settings that were from your Korean carrier.
Another difference is that if you were to use 4G LTE you may not be able to because of different frequency bands between the two countries.
