She's actually asking if there are specific places where Filipinos living in Belgium would usually go on a weekend (in highschool terms: hangout).
But I guess expats here don't hangout on certain places. Not that I know of though?? Most tourists however would most likely visit places like Brugge, Brussel, Antwerp, Gent and so on..
