Hi all
Feels great to join this group..I was going through the post and thought to seek ur advise My husband has got an opportunity in a Bank in Oman He is in a process of salary negotiation
I wish to take some help from all u experience people. At present he is drawing 910 omani riat after all tax deduction in India so if he relocates how much one should expect considering living n car expenses etc..Also wanted to chk certain things one must ask the employer..lk visa,car etc n anything else..urge advise can b a great help..

If you are still in India how have you arrived at the income in omani rial. Don't make the mistake of converting INR into OMR to negotiate. Can you say a little more about your family... Kids etc. also how the package with the employer is I.e are they providing house, family status, car etc. Also what are your goals. How much you want to save etc. I will be happy to provide some advise post that. All the best.
