Hi,
Does anyone know if you have to have a liquor licence to manage a hotel or bar in Malta? If so, how do you get one and what are the requirements?

The premises is licensed. You would need a substitute licence to work behind a bar. You can get one of these from the MTA office in Valletta. You would need your police conduct certificate.
