Surely if you intend to share you need to give some details. You need to tell people:
Location
What the accommodation is like in terms of the furniture and fittings and what the person sharing can use
Things like water, generator, electricity in general, washing machine use etc
Finally is it long term or short term and how much a month and whether that includes utilities and cleaning etc.
Photos are also useful.
You could also include something about yourself and the type of housemate you are looking for
