1). Average salary for software engineers with 3+ experience ? - Not more than R.O. 700/- per month max.
2). Which VISA type I have to choose ? - You don't choose. You will only be issued an Employment Visa.
3). Is this Good Company for Software engineers ( Saud Bahwan Groups ) ? - Actually No ! But Saud Bahwan is one of Oman's oldest companies - very old-fashioned and archaic.
4). Cost of living for a single person (some decent facility) ? - Let's say about R.O. 150/- per month excluding accommodation. Who will be paying your rent ?? You or your employer
5). Is this environment is adoptable for Tamil Nadu people ? - Yes indeed .... Oman is full of Tamilians and Malayalis. So no worroes for you !!
