Hi everyone, I receive a cheque from Westpac Sydney bank. How can I withdraw cash on this cheque here (I'm living in Ho Chi Minh city)? I have commonwealth bank acc (australian one). I don't have any bank acc here.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Your Commonwealth Bank appears to have a branch on Nguyen Du. They have a map of Commonwealth in HCM. Walk up Dong Khoi, hang a left at Nguyen Du (near the Cathedral) and the Commonwealth is on your right, halfway to Pasteur.
They also have a web page on services in HCM.
I suggest you take your cheque there and ask how they can help you.
