Well, given that there are over 35 million inhabitants in Canada it isn't very likely that any of our members will know the individual you're looking for; especially since you've given so little information to go on.
Perhaps if you can give an idea of Mr. Moreno's approximate age, what line of work he's in, perhaps even the city where he may be living you'd stand a better chance. Even then it's going to be an uphill battle because Canada is the second largest country on earth by surface area.
