I am not a property agent, so I actually have no units to suggest.
I have been staying in PJ for a long long while, I can advise that to rent a flat / house for Rm1200 in Damansara Utama is near impossible. Nowadays, a medium room in PJ (Damansara is part of PJ) will cost about Rm600-700.
Perhaps finding a room , master bedroom, will be more suitable.
