Hi.. i am seeking a help for my friend, she is a runaway from her sponsor here in riyadh and she had a debt from her friend which is a syrian national but legally living here the problem is my friend is in the phil. Embassy and can not pay her debt will she be in trouble?

There may be a problem, if her friend registers a police complaint.
Alternatively, she can give some gurantee or give assurance to transfer the money once in Phillipines.
