Sibling's meet-up: any provision?

Hello fellow expats,

good day!
I'll be meeting my sister (sibling) who's currently working in Riyadh this coming eid holiday.
I'm planning to take her out from her compound (she's a nurse) and do some activities (eating out, shopping, city tour).

My question would be, is there any provision we need to fulfill so we can freely roam around the city?
We both have our Iqamas, birth certificates, parents' marriage contract just in case needed.

I can't find valuable info about this on the internet, so I will really appreciate it if you'll answer my question. Especially those who have found themselves in the same situation.
