Am Rajkumar from India presently living in Dresden am here with a tourist visa. And now I would like to stay here. Is it possible to extend my visa here if possible, can you kindly suggest me how to extend my visa. In a way.

You cannot extend or convert a Schengen 90-days tourist visa.
For all other visa types (incl. for studies, job search, work), you need to go back to your country of residence and apply at the German embassy there.
