In my Son's Exit Re-Entry Visa, it says RETURN BEFORE 25/09/2014 (01/12/1435h)
I want to know if he can land in Jeddah airport on the same expiry date i.e. 25/09/2014

It says return before 25th, so.. umm.. ya, return before the 25th
