Information on a business visa

I wish to establish a business in China, I have been here for over 10 years, am married to a Chinese woman and have been for 7 years. I have taught and coached basketball both in Hong Kong and in Mainland as well as taught at University and High Schools. I hold a PhD a.b.d.
My main question is how to obtain a business visa, I have had several answers on this subject however, they all vary in regards to cost and steps to take. I would appreciate hearing from anyone that has a business visa. Thanks Laurence

Business visa not a work visa?

Hey Manlin, thanks for your quick reply. I am too old to get a work visa here in China. My job is to be the face for my new English school. My wife will run it and I will try to find accredited teachers to teach it. We have commitments for 80 plus students to attend in September so I need this information quick..Thanks again Laurence
