This is not be best time of the year, since most universities and schools start semester in Oct.?Nov., so there are lots of students looking for places as well. Don't be picky - grab any place you can! Good luck!

Hi beppi
Thanks for the informations but I already all those links and even more the newspapers. I have been cheated by some owners and it was so disappointed. I know that nor the time neither the place are the best . Because I also work in Vaihingen where the university is and that makes it more complicated.
I am deseprate homless now but I still keep some hope that one day I will have my suitable own apartment :(

Don't despair - most people find a place after some time.
Maybe you need to stay longer in temporary accommodation (hotel?) or increase your rent budget - Stuttgart isn't cheap!

Morning beppi
thanks for adviced but when you say  I have to increase my budget then I would like to ask you how much does a room with its own small kitchen and shower costs( all in same room) Because honestly I am so confused . people tell me you can find one that costs 500euro max others tell me no this is impossible
So what should I do???

A room in a shared flat (thus with shared bath and kitchen) costs €300-400/month (more if furnished) and is easier to find.
What you are looking for is effectively a one-room apartment. These aren't that common and cost considerably more. I would expect €500-600/month, or €700-800/month with furniture.
You should either increase your budget or lower expectations (Do you really need your own kitchen and bath?) until you find something that fits. Also, landlords need the feeling that you are a trustworthy, orderly and financially sound person. Thus try your best to make a good impression - being foreigner (and presumably not speaking German) is disadvantage enough!
