January isnt a busy month for sure most places are very quiet - but rents will be much cheaper though
still 50/50 for sunshine so not bad at all considering
three months build up to start of low season so a good time to get settled in and find work....

sorry i just wanted to explain myself a bit better, what i meant was will it be quiet in jan work wise?
is there a better time of year to land over there work wise taking into account new year budgets for companies etc.
