Registration of NGO in Kazakhstan

I would like to register NGO in Kazakhstan and I wander which organization can help me with process. I represent MRIGlobal, NGO mostly involved in research and development of laboratories here in Kazakhstan. Untill now we were subcontracting and there was no need to be registered here. Now we want to start our own projects and would like to have an official office here. To do so we need to register us as NGO according to local rules.
Maybe someone knows one:))) or went trough the process and have some insides
