Because, as a holder of information, I can set any conditions I want on the info transaction.

If you asked me for a 'plastics wholesaler' I would ask what type of plastic or for end use. This would allow me to supply the right source.

The best way is to go to Linkedln and search for what you need. Google is not very useful this way cause not many local companies in this field and secondly. Most of good companies are from aboard who have studios here because Vietnamese HR is good & cheap. Then if you search for "ho chi minh 3d animation companies" you'll waste your time.
You'll find best profiles of people who are mostly freelancer or independent contractors cause they are really good & talented to work for Vietnam companies. Contact them for your business!
